So owned them prior to this ? I'm waaay out of the loop on the pro league . Was this a sell or a hostile takeover or ? what

to me it looks like it was possibly a dump and run and Rosemont tried to step in and pick it up.

Bill Sokolis owned them previously. They have played in Rosemont for the last 5 years and I believe they built that stadium for them. It makes sense for Rosemont to want to pick up the team since they invested money into the stadium.
