Great Job to Both Teams !!!

When two teams reach the finals - both are winners. The Valley Storm is a class team with a great coaching staff. This is my first time playing against the Storm and I have come to really respect their team and organization.

I coached 3rd in the game (for Buckeye Heat) and I know that the Storm's 3rd baseman thought I was a lunatic. ;D She is a really nice young lady with a great sense of humor and a very nice smile.

Congrats to both team. It would be great to see each other again at the USSSA nationals.

Hope everyone had fun this weekend....am sure when Gannon gets the feeling back in his legs from all the running around he will post scores for the tourney.

What a great group of teams...I got to watch the U16 championship game and both teams looked to be in midseason form...awesome game..right down to the last out....hats off to both teams ..they battled and were very classy in winning and in defeat.

U14 teams had three teams at 3-0 going into bracket play....Johnnies and his girls came away with the big prize and are a well coached classy group of girls...we did not get to play them but look forward to doing so....

U12 girls looked like anyone could win it all....they all battled it out and hopefully had a fun FallFest!

It is so hard to remember everyone but thru word association I do ok....Johnnies word association is taco sauce...lol

Hopefully all who came had fun and got some fall work in that was beneficial.......here is to an even better 2008 Viper Fall Fest!

Congradulations to all the teams in tournament. I wish I could have been there for Sunday events but was not scheduled.
As for the 12 Stingrays (Ohioquakerman's favorite), I guess not being scared of the 14u teams at the tournament in Wilmington the weekend before when your team played up ..... did the team and players a lot of good. Cause if you can hit a pitcher 3 years older than you.... then playing 12u teams is just a breeze.
The Buckeye Heat 14u team seems like a whole different ball team in Beavercreek after seeing them at Expressway Park at the Fall State. Complete turnaround. Amazing.

I highly recommend the Viper's Fall tounament to anyone looking for a quality, well run tournament. ?I know that my team will be returning in the future. Gannon and his staff did a fantastic job of running this tournament. ?I was surprised that this was the first tournament the Vipers ever held. ?You would never know it by how well this was run.

Gannon, thank you for holding this tournament. ?This will be one of the "places to play" in future. I would like to reserve a spot for the 2008 Vipers Fall Fest.
