we had some strong and wicked storms coma through again last night
3 weekends in a row now
Toledo had storms last night but the best thing about playing on crushed rock is that the field drys real quick and the games are on time, with not delays nor any reduced time limits.
That whole mess of a storm seemed to skirt just south of Columbus. I was in Westerville and the skies darkened and everybody was like, "Here we go again". But we had maybe a few raindrops for about five minutes and that was it. It cleared up and we had a HOT sunny day with all games played as scheduled.
Sometimes, you catch a break with the weather. Thank you, Mother Nature!
It's a gorgeous morning here in Toledo, just had the pooches out for a walk...70's right now, not too humid, sunny with a delicious breeze---perfect weather for softball. Hope everybody brought their sunblock...oh, and enjoy it because it doesn't look like it's gonna hold out.
