The Western Area ASA of PA will be conducting its Class C JO Western State Championship Tournament on June 27 - 28 at the Shenango Twp. Fields outside
New Castle, PA
The tournament is open to JO In-House teams that participate in an ASA sanctioned league as a team. Teams will be permitted to use roster members that participate with them as an in-house team in an ASA sanctioned league. Travel Team players will be permitted to participate if they play with the team as a part of the in-house team in the ASA sanctioned league. No more than three "Travel Team" players will be permitted to participate with the team in this Western Class C State Tournament
Three "pick-up "players are permitted but must come from the same area and the same league. No Travel Team Players are permitted to be used as Pick-Up Players.
No Travel Team Players will be permitted to pitch in the Western Class C State Tournament without the express permission of the Western Area ASA of PA Representative.
