Well, I just wanted to get on here as I have not been for a while, and just tell you what a huge change the move to Florida has been.
First, I want to say this, I (we) truly miss all of our OHIO Friends, softball extended family that is for sure!!! We also really missed putting on the Slap Clinic in Mt. Gilead, and seeing everyone there.
However like any change this is some rough times and we went through them. However, the team that the DD is on now is 100% great, she fits in very well, she has played in 3 tournaments, Florida's Finest, Rising Stars, Diamond 9, And has the Fall 2012 Florida ASA Championship coming up Dec 8-9.
I never really thought that we would ever be playing softball outside in December, but, here we are.
We have just 50 sum days left before we head off to the Netherlands to play in the 2013 European Cup The Cup - International Fastpitch Tournament She is on Team Firestix, can't wait for that trip, And then is HS opening day on Feb 5, and all the games will be under the lights. That's going to be pretty cool too. Just wanted to give you all a little update, and let you know we are still alive and doing well.
