What can you do with a residential ball field?

If you have field insurance can you host a softball camp for 10u, 12u, or 14u girls at your backyard field? A field that is away from any other neighborhood houses and sits off of the main road? Can you play games if you have a sanctioned umpire and sanctions field insurance?

No Different than coaches having lessons at their home.

I would suggest to contact your homeowners insurance to see if you need a rider. These are low cost additions to your HO policy.
Also, contact county/TWP for any potential isues however ;most could care less...If the property is as big as you state no diffrent than having a large family get together...

As far as sanctioning I would not bother? why give a sanctioning body $$$ for basically a friendly. Too many umpires are willing to pick up three games or so on Sat/Sunday.You may also want to have a hold harmless agreement for all parents to sign prior to any play?

Possibly have issues with local municipal and/or county ordinances (e.g. zoning, business permits, etc.). Holding camps and/or friendlies draws a lot more attention than private lessons.
