I have no idea what the bottom of my trunk looks like, I haven't seen it in months. There is too much equipment and junk covering it up to notice the dirt. I'll get to that in the 3rd week of August, after tryouts.

Mine is full of fake birth certificates and the equipment to make more. I've also got a rolling machine to break in bats. I've got a box of Howard Carrier videos for to sell (VHS only). Additionally I have a large portable sound system to play loudly while we warmup.

Besides all of the DD's gear, bow net, coolers, extra socks, first aid kits, jars of peanut butter, buckets, balls, and toys for the little sib, half empty sports drink bottles, stinky cleats, and gear left behind by team mates, my carpet in the trunk looks like someone was murdered on it due to a lid not being tight on a red bottle of Gatorade.... (Sigh), afraid when it is time to get rid of it, somebody will contact CSI that it could be a potential crime scene......

I have been saying I am going to clean out the car/trunk for 2 wks. Blankets that need washed after the girls were laying on them during spring tournaments/friendly's on the soggy grass. Socks, Sweatshirts, Old Cleats, Box the new Cleats came in, Bat bag, several different sized coolers, assorted water containers, my collapsible wagon with dirt all over the wheels, chair, something in a bag that I am afraid to look in and dirt everywhere from last year and this year. Must clean it out so it can look the same in about a week.

Saw several people post they were going to "clean out" their trunk.
I'm not sure I understand what that means...
I vaguely remember a time when the words 'Clean' and anything went together but that is before we brought the gifts home from the baby shower some odd number of years ago.

When we first started this softball, travel ball thing, my lovely wife would look at her car and lament, "This car is filthy, it needs to be cleaned out." That translates to "I want you to clean this as soon as possible." Then it was, "We really have to clean this car out once the season is over." Yesterday, five years of softball bechind her, she looked at me, let out a deep regretful sigh, and wistfully said, "I wonder what a clean car feels like?"
