when it comes to a friendly or tourney? I ask because I run small facility. Single field (nice) no lights. So, I have single age group six team tourneys. Two pools of three teams that play round robin in their pools on Saturday (2 games) and single elimination on Sunday. The bad thing, small event. The good thing, I can mix and match the teams in pools so everyone gets a competitive game in pool play. Once you get to bracket play the cream rises to the top. That's the main negative and positive or our field. Which of these are/would be big deals to you all:

• No gate fees
• No parking fees
• Parking is paved and safe from foul ball dangers
• You are allowed to bring in water and can leave to eat elsewhere, but concessions are on site
• No single concession item over $2.00 (hotdog)
• Field well maintained, lined and dragged every other game as well as bases replaced
• Facility is clean
• Music between games and between innings, age appropriate
• Schedules take into account distance traveled and games played. So the teams in the last game of the day, will not play first game of the following day
• Working scoreboard used and worked by adults/trained personnel
• Tourney director on site and easily found
• Reasonable entry fees with early entry discounts
• 14 individual, 1 team, for champs and runners up and medals for each team MVP in every game
• 1 umpire in pool play, 2 umps in all single elimination games
• Entry fee is all inclusive, umps are paid and balls are provided
• Player intros first time though batting order
• Player intros, national anthem for championship game
• 100% refund if no games played, 75% if only one game played, 50% refund if only two games played.

You could run an all day 3 day tournament, increase your teams by 50% (9), and go to a 4GG with 2PP into a double elimination. You are also borderline being able to run a 12 team tourney, 3PP into single elimination. Regardless sounds like you do a nice job, and have a nice looking field.

Sorry, I haven't been here in a while and didn't see this until much later. We'd like to discuss the idea of some friendlies with you.
