If it is just a practice facility, cost is the biggest issue for our team. If it is a facility where you can scrimmage or play games, lighting, dimensions, and warm-up space is most important to us. It all depends on what you are shooting for.

You aren't kidding!! We warmed-up in gravel parking lots at 4 different tournaments because it was the ONLY place to go. 12 year old girls throwing balls in a parking lot full of cars is not a good thing. The coaches ended up protecting the cars more than warming the players up, it's rediculous!! If you don't have the room, don't host a tournament!!!
Dirt infield....it's "dirt cheap" compared to turf. Call me at 419-343-4716 for more info. We have had our indoor facility for two years and making a couple of bucks each year.
