I was disappointed to find out that 2 of the main characters were totally fictional. Ryan and the snot nosed receiver totally fictionally.

was an excellent movie, saw it at the theater. Love his coaching style.

I always like high school based movies. This one is good but not as good as some of my all-time favorites like: Remember the titans, Hoosiers or Friday night lights.

I remember a few years back they were trying to get funding to make a High School Fastpitch movie. https://www.facebook.com/statethemovie

With backing of Olympic, NPF, and College stars I thought it may get enough support to make it happen. Guess it needed to be about baseball.
