Which teams made the biggest improvements.

Oh, and last time I checked, Pitchers get full rides, and I'm pretty sure this fine young lady can/will be recruited by schools whose tuitions over 4 years will come close to 300-400K.

Can someone give me a clue about these schools so I can make sure they are NOT on my dd's e-mail list?

Thanks for the plug for our EMR team.
I know we have made great strides and hope to showcase the girls hard work this summer.

This thread had some info. Just not alot of teams making changes I guess. Maybe they just don't want to talk themselves up. Just wanted to read if some other teams would make the rise to be one of top teams.

This is two years old, but add 5% per year and you get the idea. Two years ago some of these schools would cost well over 200k and by the time 2013/2014 comes around it will surely be close to 300k and above.

Highest Total Cost 2008-2009 (AGAIN, TWO YEARS OLD..... HIGHER TODAY, and MUCH HIGHER by 2013/2014).

College Total Cost
1. Sarah Lawrence College $53,166
2. George Washington University $50,312
3. New York University $50,182
4. Georgetown University $49,689
5. Connecticut College $49,385
6. Bates College $49,350
7. Johns Hopkins University $49,278
8. Skidmore College $49,266
9. Scripps College $49,236
10. Middlebury College $49,210
11. Carnegie Mellon University $49,200
12. Boston College $49,020
13. Wesleyan University $49,000
14. Colgate University $48,900
15. Claremont McKenna College $48,755
16. Vassar College $48,675
17. Haverford College $48,625
18. University of Chicago $48,588
19. Union College (NY) $48,552
20. Colby College $48,520
21. Mount Holyoke College $48,500
22. Tufts University $48,470
23. Bard College at Simon's Rock $48,460
24. Franklin & Marshall College $48,450
25. Bard College $48,438

Thanks triple - pretty sure she hasn't even heard of most of them. I was joking before as she is looking at schools that are primarily $30K and under per year.

It is hard to say now who made the best changes, even though it is fun.

A coaching change or a player change here or there could make a huge difference to not only the talent of a team but the entire mindset of the girls.
At least for the 14's we will find out soon enough since the ASA state and the Lasers gold will be in early june.
Cant wait to see some of these teams.

Hi Coach,
You giving any thought to the Hawks SWOBAT tourney? Looks like some nice teams to work out against that weekend in Feb. Just might allow some coaches to see how far they've come since fall, or more importantly what we all still NEED to work on. Thinking you guys would be a great addition to the party.

Not sure....

Every kid I have on the team plays a winter sport or 2, makes for difficult scheduling.
