I haven't seen very many teams play so far this fall , but I did see the Classics'00 this weekend at our Storm Fall Slam ENQ . This team is very solid and a couple stud pitchers . They won the tourny and I believe their closest game was 8-3 .

Don't see any teams from southern ohio, would you consider north of I-71 including columbus north and the rest south? Pumpkin Smash next weekend should be good test for some teams three states represented

Can only say that many of these 00 teams have been very good since 10U. This will definitely be one of the very strongest age groups with lots of impact players right through high school. There may be 1 or 2 teams that separate themselves, but I can think of at least a half dozen teams out there that are very solid, experienced and could beat about anyone. We look forward to the challenge. To survive deeply on Sundays and have a great season we'll have to get much better with this sort of competition. We'll play the underdog until we can prove otherwise.

It is difficult to extrapolate what a kid does at the 10 or 12u level and how they will be in high school (16-18u) Hormones and growth spurts, boys and other extracurricular's are sometimes the most biggest and most disappointing equalizers. Remember: "Boys are bad...repeat...boys are bad"

I can think of about a dozen teams that are very solid and experienced who could beat just about anyone in EVERY age group, not just the 12u's. They are a little young to be making them into high school studs just yet. JMHO
