I'd say Bama although Keilani Ricketts' changeup has been devastating lately.

Either way, it should be a good series to watch. Ricketts and Traina are both Cool Cucumbers in the circle...

I'm hoping for Sooners but I'm afraid I'll be disappointed.

I'm leaning towards OU, but I'm just going to enjoy the games and the fact that ASU and Cal were eliminated yestrrday! No Pac 10 team in the final for te first time in 26 years is pretty sweet!!! :)

ROOOOLLL TIDE ... and thankfully no PAC 12 to hear about . And Bama's roster has zero Ca kids ! ( or maybe one?) But I worry about Traina not throwing strikes , walks are going to bite her sometime . GO SEC ! MD

I am happy to see the return of the change-up in college softball. Past few years have been dominated by flamethrowers who depended on their riseballs and just overpowering batters. Not only are these young ladies throwing crazy speed, they are mixing in changeups, curves and the like that was once referred to as "junk".

change is the best pitch going, you throw your change for a strike you will win more than your share of games --- phrase that might be on my tombstone " no one WANTS to hit the change "

Roll Tide!
They seemed just a bit off yesterday. Maybe blame it on jitters, not sure. But I think they will come out strong tonight! (could be wishful thinking!)

my guess is Bama goes down hard. Ricketts is too tough , She is just much more UNhittable than Traina .... If Traina doesn't pitch more aggressively and throw more changes for strikes I say OK wins easily ... I'm rooting for the Tide but I dont see it happening. Traina dodged damage all week. Ricketts has the hitters dodging their AB's lol MD

Oklahoma, where the wind comes roaring down the plains. loved the full skirts with the petticoats.. used to own one, dip it in full starch and hang it on the line to dry..after what their catcher went through, she needs to win.

In the strike zone or getting hitters to chase outside the zone?

phrase that might be on my tombstone " no one WANTS to hit the change "
Depends on where it's thrown and the alternatives...
