Traina has only shown her change-up here and there in the first 2 games. I think she will let it fly alot tonight to keep OU's hitters off balance. And keep the ball low in the zone.

traina doesnt change speeds better Bama will have to score 5-6 to win it. early in the WS she seem to throw it more often , goes AWAY from it when she struggles . I dont get that

Hit as many as you want...

In college, any time you get a baserunner is a bonus. No coach is going to complain that the opposing pitcher is hitting too many batters.

The last time I heard of the HBP Limit was in Rec Ball - where safety is the main concern...

DD had 8 HBP in 27 games of hs ball, but hit the SAME girl 3 times in the District Final. She likes to pitch inside and that batter likes to be up on the plate. We won the game and they are also teammates for the summer!
