I have been getting emails from Atlantic Coast Softball about tournaments they are running. Looks like a new organization as the website states they are starting in Pittsburgh area before expanding. On the surface it looks like they are trying to put together a decent tourney offering. But...... Does anyone have any insight into this organization? Are they legit, is there any experience there, are they gaining traction????? Thanks in advance.

Location

I have spoken to Jon and they seem legit, I assume it's a tough market to crack.
They ran 3 or 4 softball tournaments last year - Mostly local teams from what I saw. We were going to do their showcase but our schedule didn't line up.

If anybody played in their tournaments last year I'd love to hear how it was -

We thought about doing it in Sept...But there were not many teams signed up ....I think they used Monroeville fields for that one. They also use the All-American new fields under the Bridge. The issues I see is cost ...Normally in April there are tons of Friendlies @ a lower cost ....September could gain some traction as a Early Showcase , but how many teams are completed and ready to roll by then.
