Why bash teams from the same organization !

This year we have a coach from another well know organization come in and started alot of trouble behind the scenes while being an assistant with his current team . Is this real sportmans ship . Isnt it suppose to be for the girls . This guy walks around tournaments and talks to other teams ( and his old team ) and starts alot of mess. Should this guy be confronted or should you go to who runs the organization . Its just getting to be old news.Or should you just let it go . He thinks everyone likes him but really the only ones that do are on his team and alot of them are thinking of leaving. I was stunned when I heard some comments come out of his mouth when he didnt think I was around this past weekend . We just dont need it in softball . Does it always work this way . We didnt have this problem until he came on organization.

JMO. Go to the HEAD If he is trying to run a good group of teams he should know that there might be a SNAKE in his crew.

I would say that any organization that has more than 1 team, its hard for the head of that organization to know whats going on, on all the teams at any given time. ?Most of them are coaching there own teams and let the other teams do there own thing
Joe A. is one of the few I would feel confident in saying, that he knows whats going on in his Organization. ?

This cracks me up cause I can almost guess who this is. Did both his daughters change teams this year? younger one from one team in the organization to the another same age group?

Suggestion to all with complaints about teams, playing time, or anything else related to a tournament travel team:
PLEASE personally CONTACT the MANAGER or HEAD of your Team ORGANIZATION about your concern and issues.
Posting complaints on OFC is NOT an effective means of resolving or correcting team related issues.
Rather, try to work it out with the person who has the ability to make a change.
If that does not work, DEVOTE your TIME and EFFORT and PASSION into finding a good fit for the athlete for next year.
Anybody can complain. ?The good person though, and the one who will be successful in tournament ball (and life in general), is the person who is willing to put in the time in a positive and constructive manner to make a change so that next year has the athlete in a situation that fits the specific interest of BOTH the ATHLETE and the TEAM/ORGANIZATION.
PLEASE ? the fastpitch world will be a much better if we all follow this approach.

Bashing isn't the answer, but also for all the newbies out there that haven't been around the fastpitch long, they should be made aware of certain coaches and organizations before they have all your money and stick your dd on the bench for the season. Look at turnover in teams, ask lots of questions.

Harp I am glad to see there are other people on here who feel the way I do. I am sorry that people made the wrong choice when they picked a team but they need to chalk it up as that. A bad choice and move on the next year to somewhere better. Ask more questions. Talk to parents on the team. Ask around but keep it private it doesn't need to be a public hanging. Just because something didn't work out for you and you are upset doesn't mean that the team wouldn't be a good fit for someone else and that you need to blow stuff out of proportion for drama. As the saying goes save the drama for your momma! We lucked out because my daughter ended up on a team with someone she knew so we talked to her parents. JMHO.

freeze,
traveling in questionable circles are we here - joining in with the likes of Statman and Ringer?
Regardless, I just wish all of you would quit dating me. ?I am thinking the Carpenters were a good decade AFTER my youth.
Yes . . I played BEFORE metal bats, and more of the age referred to in that Little Feat song, "When your mind makes a promise that your body can't keep".
Ah to be young again!?!

My poor kid. ?The reminiscing led me to dig out a Little Feat CD for the drive.
Then again, something tells me her CD choice will pre-empt mine after about 2 tracks of my choosing.
