10U will be moved to Sunday @ Rotary Park

14U will be moved to Sunday @ Fairfield Park

12U will be played today beginning at 2pm. I am going to create a new bracket and contact all coaches by 11 am.

For the 10U and 14U, I will be contacting all coaches between 5:30 / 6:00 pm with new gametimes.

We just got a very big rain here and are washed out for the day. I am going to figure the best possible format to run with tomorrow, redraw the bracket, and I will contact all coaches with new gametimes/format.

You've been there SDS. How many bags of diamond dry did you have to use to have your tournament in Middletown that Friday/Sat morning to make safe conditions.... Diamond dry is a god-send.....lol....

Hey, been trying to get in touch with you. I want some raffle tickets for that try for the riding lawn mower and all that other stuff....lol Greg told me what Home Depot did for your teams. Save me some ... or bring them tomorrow if I should happen to see you at the tournament.

Tim,
I won't have tickets until next weekend. Thats when the raffle starts. We got a great package. ?A riding lawn mower, a dump cart with the mower, a weedeater, a backpack blower and a wheel barrel full of BEER!!!!! ?We are giving the package away on May 17th.

We had the same issue with rain at our tournament in Middletown a couple weeks ago. We went through alot of field dry. Unforunatly Mother Nature had the final say. ?Most teams are understanding about the weather but you do get a few that complains. As a TD thats just something that you have to deal with. ?Lets just hope we can get a few games in tomorrow.

I just got a call from Matt. The 12U games will be played in Fairborn. The format did change and he is in the process of calling coaches now.

I have spoke with or left messages for all coaches.

I will have my phone updated in the morning @ 9am either way. PLEASE, coaches only call. Parents, I know that you need to know info, but please allow for your coach to contact you. I have umpires and coaches contacting me and it is extremely difficult to take those calls with so many others coming in!

Thanks so much for everyones cooperation. We did lose 2 teams throughout this, but I want to say THANK YOU to the teams that are sticking with it for your dedication and patience!!!
