World Series/Nationals Bids question

Would someone explain the steps required to attend NSA Nationals or World Series? DD has been involved in travel ball for three years. Their team has earned bids to both, by winning qualifying tournaments, but they have never actually taken steps to attend (for various reasons). What must a team do, after winning a qualifying tournament, to actually play at Nationals or WS?

Most associations require that the qualifying team also play in the respective State tournament but USSSA and NSA and ASA have all given free passes to teams wanting to play Nationals...the only exception has been the ASA USA National...pretty stringent requirements there. For sure I would contact the respective associations local representative and follow their direction.
