My dd's informed me that it is also your facial expression, body language and your tone that girls really pick up on when instructing them or just plain talking to them. Just thought I would throw that out there.

Totally agree. There are so many things young ladies pick up from us coaches and parents not only in what they think they hear, but also what they perceive from our mannerisms.

Looks like we're starting to stray toward personal attacks, so a word to the wise...

I think making comments about who has been recruited should be left alone. But I guess the eyes do not apply to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a general warning that some folks were starting to make it personal with phrases that had a few too many references to "you" in them....

Still working on the decision from what I was informed.

Mike in this case they can share the blame.

How could 6 to 8 players be that wrong? They recruited them so they must have made bad choices when they recruited them????

You can not deny there are issues. How many alumni have YOU ever talked to or worked with yourself?

You must be referring to this post!! Gotcha!!

Well if you take it in context with this one:
.... How many games have you been too? I have NEVER seen you in the stands. What gives you any right to weigh in on this, just because you WORK with a player from the team?....
Maybe you can see why I issued the warning that the thread was getting a wee too personal.:cap:

Point me out if you like, I was just stating facts....Sorry for asking a question about his qualification to weigh in on the subject. My bad!! The way I see it is there are alot of questions being asked. So I thought I would ask one of my own!! No mean intentions at all!!

So I guess it is ok to say the kid's that play there are mistakes, but a referece to how many games YOU have been to is off limits.

I don't agree with how things are all the time.
Remember I HAVE BEEN at these games all year.

Not going to debate this. When it starts getting personal three things can happen:

#1 YOU can be banned for a period of time to cool down.
#2 The thread can be closed or removed
OR
#3 I issue a warning and life goes on.

DO NOT PUSH ME on this.

Since this thread appears to have run its course, it is now closed.
