Swaying to go lady lasers gold! I had the opportunity of a lifetime to come down here to play with you guys this week. It was an amazing experience and I thank you so much for welcoming me in so quick. I dont think I've ever been so nervous in my life! At points I couldn't even watch. I knew we could it when we first arrived. I love the coaches, parents, and teammates. We had an amazing run in the tournament, we kept each other strong and we kept positive. I had so much fun this week and I learned a lot! Ohio made history today and I greatly appreciate being apart of that mark. Like they always say ladies, NEVER SAY NEVER. :)

Why to go Emily and Kristen heard you guys had some big shots out there. As well as the rest of the Gold team. Way to make Ohio proud!!!!!

Does anyone know if this is Ohio's first ASA/USA Championship?

Nice job girls! What a run for Ohio's girls in all age groups. Wow they can play softball north of the Mason Dixon line and east of the Rockies!

Congrats Lasers Gold!

Coupled with Scarlett's run in 16u, the Gambone (and he already had too much swag) house should be pretty happy ... but I am sure they will all be back in the boneyard early this week, lol.

Congratulations again!

Yep.

It was mentioned in another thread (that appears to have been removed) that something like 40-50 of the top teams (at 14U) in the country opted for PGF Nationals in SoCal vs ASA Nationals in TN.

Still an impressive run by the Lasers. Congrats. Would like to see them get a shot at the big dogs.
