You are absolutely right. I'm certainly not going to drop Valley Extreme Heverly, Classics Beckham, or Ohio Ice Black from the top five on my personal list and there are probably others that I am just too tired to think about now. Plus I know Lasers Silver was missing some key people at Dayton (as were most of us in 16u). And a single loss by any of the teams that made Sunday play at Dayton certainly should not be considered as disqualifying them from consideration. Then there is the McMadness team that won the ASA 14U Eastern Nationals last year, the two Stingrays teams that haven't played anywhere yet this year . . . it goes on and on and on. Buckeye Heat 95 would be very happy to squeeze somewhere into the top 10 and really not at all unhappy just to know that we can compete with whomever is on that list, assuming that anyone is interested in voting this week.
Speaking of which, I'd best be going over to start the "Make Your Case" thread for poll votes that are due on Tuesday night at 9:00 pm.
