If memory serves, because this is an ASA Qualifier, registration has to remain open until about 48 hours before the start date. Leaving a big time mad scramble to make out a schedule before teams hit the road for Strongsville...

I have tried to get in touch with Jim only to have his Phone number say it is out of service and his email sent me an Auto Reply saying he is out of the office until March 21st.

Does anyone have any current contact info for the Tournament Director???

I am the schedule queen for our tournament. And yes we will not have the schedule out this weekend. We plan on getting it out on Monday, since we could still have more add ons by then. We will ask that ALL teams to be ready to play early, all age groups will be playing at 8 am. So please plan accordingly.
