Scores are important (if not why keep them ?) and even though the girls are 10 and 12 I'm not aware of any damaged physche's due to scores being posted on a message board. Strange request. But whatever --my team was'nt there so "to each his own" .

Scores are important. There were quit a few run rule games this past weekend. my teams the 10u and 12u each were on both ends of that they run ruled teams and also got run ruled.

I am not trying to put any team down for winning or losing by a large margin. I may be wrong on this, but it does not matter weather you win by 1 or 100. a win is a win.

UrbanaFan, Announcing the scores is a way for us in the softball world to follow our friends and family. It's half the fun of getting on a site like this. When we come home after a long weekend of playing ball (or whatever), it is fun to get on here and see how they did (including the score). My kids team got beat 18-2 by a team this weekend, and it doesn't bother me in the least if the score is posted. This is travel ball, not rec ball, my kid can handle it, and I can handle it.

thanks jon our girls had fun, great tournament

Hey Matt: I got excited when I saw that you guys lost the championship by 1 run. Must have been a close game & a pitchers duel ;&. But then I saw all of the scores were 1-0

Tell your girls great job !! Keep up the hard hitting Haley !!

I respect Jon's descision, but if the teams want to get on here and post the scores, I'm sure Jon wont mind. I'm assuming the teams that participated dont want to post them either. I hear it was a great early season Tournament with quality umpires, and the teams all had a good time. Congrats to the Mid Ohio Bomber's for battling hard all weekend and finishing second to a good 12U Laser's team! Good Job Mike, Ty, and Mark! Way to hit the ball Bombers!

Very nice tourney put on this weekend. Jon, Jeff and the LunaChix families and players did a great job. This is a nice place to play and this tourney site will continue to grow. I would like to thank juice (Jon Allison) on a job well done.

The Juice worked his tail off as did others to make this a great tourney. I've never been a TD, and don't think I ever want to try. It's a lot to bite off for sure.

Can't say what all went on with the 10U's, but as far as the 12's go, I think we did a fair job of kicking each others butt's all weekend long (except the Lasers who went undefeated). Very nice team.

Appreciate the help you gave me Sat. night. Give Court a special thanks for her help with the food prep.

Danger_12U - That sounds about right, LOL. We really do appreciate you and your family's help this weekend. I know we couldn't have gotten through at the concessions without Court!

And I have to say the meal for the clean up crew and the people that worked their buts off and helped was a bonus wouldn't you say :) It was pretty good.

And Danger 12_U if you want that TShirt I still have it, just don't try to steal the one I gave your wife LOL.

No Buckeye and Manitou, LOL!!! Those weren't really the scores! There was some good hitting this weekend though and a very well ran tourney! You could not have asked for a better weekend! And the father- son umping duo were great! Too bad we don't have them more often!

Rumor has it Laser's Blue has some 12U pitchers throwing 56 to 58 mph? They will be tough to face in the 12U division, unless it's really 46 to 48? Please let me know if the speed is accurrate, I want to make sure I watch a couple of their games this year and see the dominance.

The pitcher from the Lasers Blue that I talked to at the tournament had a great attitude and was very friendly. In fact everyone i got to talk to from the Lasers Blue had a great attitude and was very friendly. Great group of girls, coaches and parents.

Now for the Danger 12u (moore) the girls and the parents were a big help to us, but the head coach was very mean to me (Juice). I feel for all of those Danger girls having to put up with him.
