Teams and GC results

If your team is playing in whatever events, and you are getting blasted game after game, weekend after weekend.... Maybe you should adjust your schedule versus trying to go in and delete or alter GC results to lessen the appearance of repeated poor showings.

#1- people will have already seen the results, and it's not like games go from a 12-2 loss to a 2-1 loss.

#2 the other team that you played will not be changing their GC to reflect your shenanigans and it is easy to check and verify results.

#3 smart phone screen shots are easily and permanent proof of attempted lies. A team doesn't go from being 1-16 to 1-7, just because you are deleted games from GC.

#4 people that were physically there to witness the beatings know the truth and will tell the truth. Softball world is a small place.

You're not fooling anyone that your team isn't as good as you are attempting to pass off.

How about moving from Org. To Org. Every year? 4 different Orgs. in 4yrs. How about Org. leaders talk to one another and pass on the useful info to keep turds from trying to embarrass and tarnish Org. Names.

Going 1-17 will ruin a kid! They will lose the love for the game. Losing is not fun especially if you’re losing every game.

I am guilty of this. When I rewatch film and look at the GC I make sure stuff is scored correctly. I’ve went in and changed a hit to error or error to hit. Changed to a SAC. Ect.

But I’m not going in to change it for a better record, delete games, or boost stats. I want it to be as accurate as possible.

Correct and I should have clarified. When final scores are changing or if player A all of a sudden have 4 hits, something fishy is going on. I'm guilty of changing SAC bunts/flies since ultimately that is a very positive thing that happened for the team or player.

So go on and call people out when you have no effing clue what’s actually going on. I have never changed a stat to make anyone look better either. But again, go ahead and bash someone who has nothing to do with it. Maybe Doom should stop skimming off the top and over charging players. Maybe hawkes should stop stealing other teams players. Or to see a game scored 11-1 in one teams game changer and 2-1 in the losing teams game changer. That’s all. Don’t get so offensive. U made a mistake and it erased a game or 10. No worries. That’s all I had to say Ma’am . As for dirty laundry u can bash Doom, Hawks, & whoever else all you want if that makes u feel better. That’s your business. Perhaps you're not familiar with how the tryout process works. Player(s) approach coach ask when are your tryouts in August... Player comes to tryout... 1 Player receives and accepts an offer... Moves to new team. 2 others did not receive offers. If that's player stealing...well, I guess most teams / orgs are guilty.

As far as skimming off the top, every org has set cost to run org, be that a 1 team org or a 30 teams org. And every player contributes to paying those fees. If those costs, total $30k for all 30 teams and all ~300 players pay $100,..... then that's how it gets paid. If you think that is skimming,,, maybe, just maybe you should more closely examine how much things cost.

And i never called out a specific team nor did I name names. I have the screen shots to prove where game results are dramatically different between 2 teams that played each other... As well as the screen shots that indicate that games were deleted. And you are correct I have zero knowledge as to why the differences, just that it happened. And again, that's why no names were posted.

Umm...it isn't "stealing players" when the players APPROACH you about a roster spot. Maybe you should look at all of the reason players are leaving beyond the 1-17-1 record. Also let's talk about poaching: like reaching out to a player and offering to eat their fees? I bet the other players and parents would like to know who is paid and who is skating. Maybe it is embarrassing behavior of the coaches in front of college coaches. Lots to talk about here...

Players jump ship all the time. Not a coach's fault if a player isn't happy and wants to leave. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it. That's the biggest issue with society today. If my daughter decided that she wasn't happy, or that she is going nowhere on a team - SHE would call her coach personally. But that's how she was raised.
