2010 June ASA Eastern Regional Qualifier
hosted by the
Valley Extreme Girls Softball Organization

The Valley Extreme Softball Organization will be hosting an ASA Eastern Regional Qualifier Tournament on 6/25, 6/26, & 6/27

ASA Eastern Regional Qualifier Tournament
Cost $350 per team
4 Game Minimum (weather permitting)
Maximum 60 teams
All Age Groups
Winner will be awarded a berth to ASA Eastern Regional
ASA Rules, balls, and umpires (two per game)
There will be an individual admission fee per person ? infants and pre-school are free (manager & team players are free)
Must be ASA sanctioned and be able to show proof of accidental & liability insurance at check in
Pool play on 6/25 and 6/26
Single Elimination tournament will start on 6/27
Team and individual trophies for 1st and 2nd place.

FYI- The field is spelled Candlelite not Candlelight
and Hoagland Blackstub becomes Bazetta Rd.

We played in a tournament at this facility this past fall, the entire state of Ohio got rain - all tournaments in the state were canceled accept the VE tourney. The tarps were great but even with tarps the fields required a lot of work because of amount of rain - the VE people bust their butts to get the fields playable.

Rick, we have already qualified for ASA Easterns and we will be on our southern Ohio tournament swing that weekend. Best of luck and we will see you at Stingrays.

I do believe there are less 10u period this year. We have seen some teams in our area consolidate do to lack of numbers. per some post on ofc their are teams still looking for 10u. could be a tough year for 10u tournaments....

Rick ... I have a team meeting on Wednesday P.M. and we will be trying to finalize our tourney schedule. This is my first preference for that weekend ... part of what I was trying to understand if there was still openings and how much that 16-U field may grow. Thanks for the info and I will be in touch soon, one way or the other.
