There are always a lot questions about parking. Here is the letter sent out to all the coaches for the tournament. Hopefully this will clear a few things up.

Subject: Parking Fee for the 2010 Valley Extreme ASA Eastern Regional Qualifier for 2010

There will be a gate collection for parking for all games at the Candlelight Knolls and Bazetta Elementary complex. The fee will be $3.00/person on Saturday and Sunday. All players and infants/pre-school kids will be free. Managers ? Three coaches (including you) will get in free to all sites. We need these names for our gate checklist. Email to Yamaha660rr@aol.com.

All teams playing games scheduled at Bazetta Park (Imagination Station) or Willow Park will be required to pay a $30 per team parking fee. This will include 12 wrist bands for teams to distribute as required to get into Candle Light Knolls and or Bazetta Elementary Games the same day for free. This will be required for Saturday and Sunday Games. Umpires will be advised that no game will start at Bazetta Park (Imagination Station) or Willow Park until this fee is posted with the Tournament Directors at each facility. Please take care of this item as soon as you get to these sites.

The Annual Lions Club Cortland Ohio Street Fair is going on during Friday and Saturday Night on Main Street in Cortland. There are rides, games, and food available. The Street Fair Parade will be Saturday afternoon this will prevent any pool play games after 11am at the Willow Park Facility.

During all Pool Play games only on Saturday, we will be allowing for 2-EP?s in the batting order to get all your players more play time. Sunday and all bracket play will be normal ASA rulings.

when will the games be posted we are under 6 days from the start???? Some of these players have colleges waiting for game times to make their schedules to come out and watch them play.
