ASA Tournament 2013 Valley Extreme Fall Classic ASA ENQ (2014)

The Valley Extreme Girls Fastpitch Softball organization will be sponsoring the
2013 FALL Classic ASA Eastern National 2014 Qualifier on 9/14 & 9/15

• 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U
• Cost $350 per team (make checks payable to: "Valley Extreme Girls Fastpitch Softball")
• Four Game Minimum (weather permitting)
• Entry form is available on our web site (listed below)
• Main complex is Candlelite Knolls which has four fields with tarps, and two fields with Musco lighting
• ASA sanctioned tournament governed by 2013 ASA Official Rules of Softball
• Three pool play games seeded into a single elimination tournament
• Pool play & elimination games will have a 80 minute time limit and pool play games can end in a tie
• Pool play record and scores will seed your team into the single elimination play
• Pool play on Saturday (9/14)
• Two EP's and free defensive substitution will be allowed during pool play
• Single elimination on Sunday (9/15)
• No time limit on championship games
• Team check in is one hour prior to 1st scheduled game
• ASA sanctioned event (all teams MUST have ASA number & completed signed roster form)
• Must be able to show proof of accidental & liability insurance and have a copy of players birth certificates at check in
• All 1st Place Finishers will receive a berth to their respective ASA Eastern National tournaments
• Gate will be collected daily. Infants and pre-school kids are free. Three team manager/coaches & twelve players will be free.
• If the tournament is rained out, refunds will be based on (Entry Fees minus Non-Recoverable Costs minus Games Played) divided by (Paid Entries). Please allow two to four weeks for an inclement weather refund.
• Individual awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers
• Team Awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers

The Valley teams were added along with some other teams. Some teams have been dropped. There is a fall league and a fall classic tournament. Your title refers to the tournament but your underline quote is for fall league. are you interested in one of them? As far as teams added and dropped, I am going to guess that teams call with an interest or commit and then Aren't ready or not enough players for an early fall tournament. The team list for the tournament has been updated. A couple teams are unsure until this Friday but it looks like it should be a good turnout for being so early. Thanks Lee, I removed your team. The "Fall Ball" is also filling up.
