ASA Tournament Ok, again I need 1-12u team

Due to one team dropping out on 5/6/10, because they want to do a NSA Tournament instead, I guess there is to much competition in A.S.A for them, we now need a 12u team again. The 12u division will have 26 teams in our tournament. i AM DROPPING THE FEE FOR THIS LAST TEAM SO I DO NOT HAVE TO REDUE THE SCHEDULE.. TO $300.00

I need a 12u team for our tournament, one team dropped out just recently. It will be so much easier for me to offer teams the chance to join us and take this open spot for FREE than for me to try and re due the tournament Schedule.
1.) We are going to have home run fences on all fields.
2.) We will have Bounce City Inflatable's for the young ones to play on (cost $3.00 per day or $5.00 for the weekend)
3.) We are also having a home run derby for each age division,(cost $5.00 per try, 12 pitches only best 10 count)
Prizes are as follows:

The first team to call me that wants in gets the open spot for FREE
game times are as follows,
Saturday at 8:00am, 11:00am and 3:30pm
Sunday is single elimination day
