Sapphires 16u beat Michigan Elite 1-0, then got drilled by White Sox Training Academy 13-2 .... worse than it should have been, but a very good hitting team. OUCH!

Play Sat morning at 9:30.

Very harsh storms last evening, wind, rain .... games supposedly on time this morning though.

We have had Michigan, Michigan State, Akron, Central Michigan, Wright State, Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Bowling Green, and Western Michigan in the stands. I am sure there are some others I missed.

Intensity beat Angels 7-2, then lost 9-6 to a Michigan team. Tough loss since we were missing our shortstop and an injured player had to take the field to make nine players. Very proud of this young group of hardworking girls. They never stop and always give 100%.
