In Fairborn, about 15 minutes from Rotary Park, try Giovanni's. Great thin crusted pizza plus good Italian meals as well. Beer and wine are there. I live one mile from Marion's and 12 from Giovanni's, but will always go to Giovanni's. So, if out visiting Wright State or playing at Beavercreek, try Giovanni's. My wife and kids, the real pizza lovers in the family, feel the same way.

I'll be keeping these in mind, but I'm really hoping for options for the Oct. 23-24 Howl Fest Fall ENQ next week in Mount Sterling, which is about 25 minutes south of Columbus.

BTW, luv2catch, we live in Henrietta, where are you?

Pizza Papalis in downtown Toledo, right beside the Toledo Mudhens stadium. Was just there a couple weekends ago before we played up in Clinton Michigan. Very good food and well priced!

Phil - They dont have the pizza joints listed, but on the ASA tournament thread for the Mt.Sterling tourny Brian has a bunch of restraunts listed that is on our exit. But there is pizza places where we are staying at.
I will check with him to see if he knows which ones are there. Sounds like there is a bunch of them there.

4Carrs - The Pizza shop in Steubenville is called DiCarlos and I do agree it's the best! There are actually DiCarlo's popping up around Columbus, with one in Hilliard on Avery Road just before downtown (coming from Davidson High School). A few years ago when we played in Wheeling at the RoadRunner Tournament, I ordered a few pans for our team and they seemed to like it too!

Their website is http://www.dicarlospizza.com.

Uno's in Pittsburgh. I know it's a chain. But there are no deep dish places in this area. :(

Im a fan of any pizza joint in any town... that is kinda our family thing... Saturday night "Pizza on the bed" Since most hotel rooms don'thave enough room to sit everyone, we just all sit on the bed and eat pizza. Unless you can talk the hotel chain into letting you use the breakfast room. So Any pplace that delivers is OK with us.
