The Road Runner Softball program will be hosting the Road Runner Rendezvous Tournament to be held in Wheeling, WV on June 22, 23, & 24. This tournament is an ASA "A" Eastern National Qualifier. There is a five game guarantee (weather permitting) with three Pool Games and a Double Elimination Championship Bracket. The Age Divisions will be 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U & 10U.

just to be clear, you guys are holding 2 tournaments on the same weekend, June 22, one in Zanesville, OH & one in Wheeling, WV ?

Yes, it is correct that we have two tournaments going on the same weekend. [My wife has already told me I am nuts.] I have an Associate TD for each location and they will run the tournament from the start on Friday to the conclusion on Sunday. Rick Wagner, who is the ASA Distirict Commission, will run the Rumble/Rampage on the River in Zanesville and Tom Bechtel, who is the Wheeling Recreation Director, will run the Rendezvous in Wheeling.

The trip to Florida is always great. I get to see kids that currently play for me, kids that have played on my Elite team in the past, kids that played for me at the Queen of Diamonds events and kids that have played for me in Europe at the Indoor World Cup Tournament. Plus the weather was great the entire time we were there. I got to see 25 entire games plus parts of a whole bunch more.
