Top 2 finishers get a returning team berth to ASA/USA nationals next year. These berths go to the team next year with the most players from this year's team (minimum 5 players). I suggest contacting your local association (Cincy ASA?) after your team is registered for 2015. You should be prepared to show your 2015 team has enough returning players to qualify for the berth.
ASA publishes an annual JO Berth Report each winter that shows the teams that earned returning team berths.
