not calling someone out? lighten up? your bringing up another team with facts that are not correct? why do you feel the need to even mention the lasers? (seems like jealousy to me) why can't it just be about marty's teams accomplishment? everytime someone posts anything on here with their opinion that isn't completely positive or glowing about the outlaws then your on here defending warren or the outlaws, people are entitled to their opinion number 1, number 2 and to qoute one of your previous posts (yes i said it), without a doubt the lasers are the best organization in ohio. bar none, and no neither of my daughters have ever played for the lasers organization. you want my reason? i will give you facts... at 10u lasers 1st or 2nd ranked team according to voting coaches... outlaws not in top 10 (if they had a team? didnt seem them this year, at 12u lasers 1st or 2nd all year both outlaw teams outside of top 10... at 14u which was my teams age this year i am 10-4-1 over the last 3 years vs outlaws, 0-3 vs laser teams( proudly 2 of those losses were by 1 run) at 16u and 18u i will give credit all day long to both organizations outlaws have one of the best 16u and 18u teams there are and so do lasers. THE difference between the 2 organizations is that the lasers start at 8 and 9 yrs old and develop girls that for the most part stay with the lasers organization and develop into top level players. if you look at the outlaws good teams below 16u they were good teams already that switched over to the outlaws for the recruiting aspect that warren provides. (AND I WILL GIVE HIM ALL THE CREDIT IN THE WORLD BECAUSE EVERYONE I HAVE TALKED TO SAYS HE IS THE BEST AT GETTING THEM INTO COLLEGE) marty's team is very good good but they were good when they were grand slam, the pa outlaws this year at 14u and 13u were both excellent teams this year but the 14u team was team pa and pittsburgh dia. stars b4 that (someone feel free to correct me if i am in wrong on that) the 13u team was also a pittsburgh team b4 that. now the storm 02 team switches over and the laser 04 team switches over to outlaws. THE LASERS develop talent and that is why they r the best organization by far in ohio... feel free to pm me because i know you will be on here defending the outlaws as usual, better yet call me if anything i posted isnt true my phone number is posted 3 or 4 places on ofc and i know that for a fact because when i posted that showcase events are over priced at 600 to 750 a showcase and that stay to play is bs i recieved a call in under 5 minutes from warren questioning why i posted that.

I don't think anyone would disagree that Lasers is still the strongest organization in Ohio from top to bottom (i.e., all age groups), or that the Outlaws organization has become very competitive in the higher age groups, as well as in getting their players showcased and recruited. I have no affiliation with either of these organizations, but respect what they both have done. Warren also does a good job of promoting the Outlaws on here and I have no issues with that ... the Lasers would probably benefit if they did more of this also but that's their call. To me, this thread was and should only be about what this particular team recently accomplished, and I'd love to see more of these kinds of posts whether it's from the Outlaws, the Lasers, or any other organizations out there.

at 12u lasers 1st or 2nd all year both outlaw teams outside of top 10...

As the coach of the 11u team last year I would like to say you were absolutely correct steve77621... we were never in the OFC top 10!!! Not sure how that makes your point any stronger (whatever it is), but it's got to feel good for you to get all of that off your chest!

Dude, who you calling out? I have no envy, jealousy, nothing on any org.

And if you are calling me out, you best check yourself. I just found approximately 4 posts on teams and their results IN THE GENERAL SOFTBALL SECTION. Once again, I'm NOT calling anyone out. Lighten up people. What the heck, did I punch a glass jaw here?

To me calling out a team is something negative. All I did was question was okiedad's post about sarcasm (which he admitted and also went to explain more that he knows the guys) and just used a couple references as back-up. So I screwed up a sanctioning body, I'm sorry. init4all got it right on my intentions.

Well I would like to thank all the Coach's and Organizations for trying to do what is best for the girls that want to play softball no matter what caliber the team or organization is. There are several different levels of play for these girls to find the right fit for them as well as several different team fees for parents to choose from. If it was not for the organizations and coach's willing to do this then there would be no softball played in a uniform manner and the girls would be bored or playing soccer, lol. It takes everyone involved to succeed at any level, parents, players, coach's, organizations, umpires, tournament directors and field crews. I would like to thank everyone for doing their part and allowing us to play this game.

Nice job Outlaws team and keep up the good work!!!

LOL didn't take long for someone to try to taint these young ladies accomplishments. There was no bashing or anything going on till you decided to stoop to that level. I will put my coaches at 10U-18U against anybody in teaching fundamentals and developing girls, but the fact of the matter is most of the kids today are developed by their parents and private coaches We just put them in position to succeed.

As far as teams joining the Outlaws yes they do? So what Other organizations have done the same thing for years, and still do. Some teams or core parts of teams that were absorbed by other organizations would be Mc Madness, Marion Diamonds 9U and 13U, Explosive 10U couple years ago,Thunder Elite , Storm 01, Lasers grey, and on and on.. As far as those teams joining us. Every one of those coaches reached out to us first for what they thought was a great opportunity.

TAINT THESE LADIES ACCOMPLISHMENTS? CAN YOU READ? THE FIRST THING I SAID WAS WHY CAN'T THIS BE ABOUT MARTY'S TEAMS ACCOMPLISHMENT? I have nothing but respect for marty's team and for marty. he has always went out of his way to stop and talk softball with me and we have always gotten along, WHO DID I BASH? WHY IS POINTING OUT THE FACTS OR IN MY OPINION THE TRUTH CONSIDERED BASHING TO YOU? WHY IS IT THAT IT'S OK BY ONE OF YOUR PEOPLE TO BRING THE LASERS AND MADNESS INTO THIS BUT WHEN SOMEONE SAYS SOMETHING UNFLATTERING BACK THEN THEY R A HORRIBLE PERSON? WHY IS IT AS USUAL YOUR TRYING TO SPIN THIS AND TURN IT AROUND?

1. not calling someone out?
2. lighten up?
3. your bringing up another team with facts that are not correct?
4. why do you feel the need to even mention the lasers? (seems like jealousy to me)
5. why can't it just be about marty's teams accomplishment?

On further review... it was actually the 5th thing. First you you showed indignation to John, then you stated he didn't have his facts straight, then you called him jealous, THEN you stated the thing about Marty's team. Then it just became weird...

Holy cow this has taken a serious turn for the worse. I wish we could all just agree that the 14u team had a great weekend and leave it at that. Even when someone has the best of intentions (and I am not saying the poster who started this down the wrong path did) someone always takes a snarky view of it and then it blows up and takes away from the girls. I try my best not to do that on here although I am not perfect and sometimes emotion gets in the way. But lets remember this and only this....those girls had a great weekend and leave it at that. By the Warren I like your "people only talk about you when your relevant" Seems to be somewhat true...lol
