The ASA 16u Hall of Fame Qualifier will be played at Heisler Park ( www.heislerpark.com) in Goshen (Cincinnati), Ohio on Saturday, September 11th through Sunday, September 12th. IT IS NOT GOING TO BE PLAYED ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND as more teams wanted to play on the 11th-12th.

16u Hall of Fame Qualifier ----- One (1 berth)
The tournament is a two (2) pool play and double elimination event. The event cost $400.00 per team and the deadline is Sunday, August 29th at 11:59 pm. All ASA rules apply.
The cost and type of tournament is mandated by ASA.
$100.00 deposit is required to hold the spot and $50.00 is non refundable . The final $300.00 is due by Sunday, September 5th . Send check with entry form that is in a post below. All info and the address is in that post.
Rain out policy - Refunds : If the tournament is rained out, refunds will be based on: Entry Fees (minus) non refundable costs (minus) games played (divided) by paid entry fees. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for an inclement weather refund.

This event is being sponsored by myself and ALL proceeds from the event will go to the CURE FOR A LIFETIME - Cure Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and Mardee who goes by "15Heat" in this forum and her son, James who is stricten by the disease are the benefactors of this tournament.
Whether you are a team looking for the berth to the Hall of Fame event to be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in June of 2011 or a team wanting to play in a tournament for a good cause and great competition... please feel free to come join us.
I am sure there will be some raffles, etc.. going on to help. Mardee has been a coach, a friend and a mentor to many a young girl over the years. Any team wanting to bring something for the raffle will be appreciated.
