18u cut off

I believe this issue been beated down a bit, but I can't find it thru search.
If your 18th Birthday falls in December, Can you play the 2009 season on a U18 team?

Depending on the sanctioning body the cutoff is either your age on Dec 31st or Jan 1st. So, if you are 18 on Jan 1st (even if it's 18 years and 364 days), you can play 18U everywhere, if you turn 19 on Jan 1st you have to check the sanctioning rules to see which language they are using.

From your question, assuming you turn 18 this coming December, you can play 18U in 2009.
