Probably said as well as possible by Lady_Knights. Still a lot of growing to do, to get where they want and need to be later this summer. No shame in losing to another older Laser team. More shame in showing up to try to get a $5 trophy, at the expense of facing challenge and growth (no disrespect meant to any 12u teams!!). Silver had beaten some quality high school teams which were at/near regular strength over the winter - one was ranked in the state at one point I believe. Any given day, ... either way I guess.
Besides, 14u won't seem quite so tough now next year, LOL.
