Thanks coop24,

We are a small tourney, but I will match our field crew with anyone in the state...If it rains, we will find a way to complete the tourney if possible..I can remember when we had to dig holes in places where water was standing and took a sump pump and drained the water. Diamond dry companies love us for we make it happen. This year will be no different...hope to see you there.

Rebel-1: You're giving away our field crews secrets to success - i would just tell everyone we use our hands to scoop the water away ;D ;D.

Seriously, the Rebels organization is looking forward to hosting the Jug tournament again this year. The 12u & 14u are coming along but we'd like to see a couple more teams in the 10u. We've got 3 fields, all with lights, plenty of parking, no gate fee, shelter houses for those in-between game picnics and a fantastic park/playground area for all the little brothers & sisters.

This is a fun tournament. Good field crew, good competition, good concessions and great staff. This should be one of the highlight tournaments of the 2008 season.

The Rebel Organization does a great job. I have brought down teams over years and always had a good time.

No new updates. I keep looking in mail box for new entries and monitor this site. We still have little over a month and a half to get more teams. I will keep site updated when new entries come in.

Need some 14U teams enter to make this a good tournament. An early chance to get that Birth.

Thanks wmorrison, and yes we need one more 14u team to make that division. We also need two more 10u teams to make that division. We still have a month, but it would be nice to have eight teams in each division. As soon as I get a new entry, I will post.

You need 1 more 14U but would like 5 more, right?

I wish you the best in filling this tourney. This is one of the brighter spots on my schedule for this year. We've always have a GREAT time there. Good folks, good fields, good concessions, good competition and great directors. There is an adjacent playground for the younger siblings. (and the DDs between games)

Deleware is a very nice community with many interesting places to visit there. Quaint shops, nice eateries and a lot of history there. I enjoy visiting Deleware when I am there. I also enjoy the Little Brown Jug!

Classics,

You just gave me a great ideal. Instead of giving out trophies, maybe we should give out a brown jugs of our own design to the winners and runner up. Thanks for the past history of the Little Brown Jug.
