Rec & Youth League All - Stars Teams - Class "C"
Age groups: 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u, 10 under


Class "C" - "ASA" Rec & Youth All Stars Teams must Qualify
How to Qualify - Participate in 2 "ASA" All Stars type Tournaments or Participate in any 5 Tournaments from June 2009 - July 15, 2010.

"ASA" Class "A" Travel Teams
Age groups: 18u, 16u, 14u, 12u, 10 under

Class "A" Teams must Qualify.
How to Qualify - Finish in Top Half of the Field in any "ASA" Sanctioned Tournament from June 2009 - July 15, 2010.




5 Games Guaranteed - weather permitting

Tournament Format

Class "A"
Pool Play: For placement into World Series Double-Elimination Brackets.

Class "C"
Pool Play:For placement into World Series Double-Elimination Brackets.
Note*
We will have two Division in the Class "C" Gold and Silver.
Teams will be place into either the World Series Championship Gold Bracket or World Series Championship Silver Bracket based on your performance in Pool Play.



Cut off Date July 15, 2010


We only add Teams to the list once we receive Entry Form with Deposit or Entry Fee payment.

Below is a list of some of the Rule Changes for 2010. Will post a complete list of the Rules on the web site before November 25, 2009.

Rules Changes for 2010

1.) Travel Teams can only play as a Class "A" Team.
2.) Class "C" Rec & Youth Teams will have the right to submit a protest with proof that a Team(s) that playing in Class "C". Is not a Class "C" Team but a Class "A" Travel Team.

When and how to submit a protest

When

A.) You may submit your protest "ASAP" once you see any Class "A" Travel Team(s) trying to play as a Class "C" Rec & Youth Team.
No Fees for filing a protect.

When you contact me please give me all the details and proof that will help support your Protest.

B.) The Last Chance to submit a protest will be at the beginning of the Class "C" Coaching Meeting.

No exceptions will be made to this policy

How

B1.) The 1st question that will be ask at the Class "C" Coaching Meeting.

Do we have any Team Coaches or Team Managers that are ready to submit a protest with proof that we have a Class "A" Team trying to play in with the Class "C" ?

Once the Question is ask Coaches or Team Managers must Step Forward with Documented proof to support your protest within 1 minute. If you win your protest the Class A Team will be moved into the Class A

I will update this Tread with a link to the form that you will need to submit a protest for teams playing in Class "C" that should be playing Class "A".

Other Format and Changes for Class "C" only.

3 Games in Pool Play : For seeding into GOLD or SILVER World Series Double Elimination Bracket.

We will have two Division in the Class "C" Gold and Silver.
Teams will be place into either the World Series Championship Gold Bracket or World Series Championship Silver Bracket based on your performance in Pool Play.

We will crown a World Series Champion in Both Gold Division and Silver Division.


Requested by Teams that played in 2009, said they wanted to have two Divisions in Class "C" or set it more like we run the Jamboree.

I didn't realize they offered an 8U tourney ?????
I don't care how much potential the girls have though,I had enough of 8U by June 30 - was our last game for them. Good group of girls & looking forward to watching them continue - But 2 months of coach pitch ball is more than enough.......Looking forward to 10U for them!!!!!
