Indoor Tournament 2011 Valley Extreme ASA FALL BALL League (11th Year)

11th Annual Valley Extreme Fall Ball - Age divisions for 2012 play

-Fall Ball will be played on Sundays, 9/4, 9/11, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16
-Cost is $325, please make checks payable to "Valley Extreme" and mail to address below
-$100 deposit will reserve your spot, full payment must be made by 9/2/10
-Entertaining all age divisions 10U through 18U
-Maximum of 28 teams
-Doubleheaders will start at 9:00 a.m., 12:10 p.m., 3:20 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. (under the lights on Fields #1 and #2)
-All games will be played at Candlelite Knolls!
-Full Concession stand
-Game Time limit will be 80 minutes (drop dead)!
-Each team will be required to bring one new softball at the start of the doubleheader (will be returned by umpires at the conclusion of play)
-NO international tie breakers if game it tied after 80 minutes!
-10 Run mercy rule after 5 innings
-All games will be played on Sundays, "NO" Saturday play due to volleyball, rec. socer, and family time
-Free defensive substitution
-Allowed to bat your entire line up
-No mandatory matching team uniforms required
-Whichever team was HOME TEAM the first game will be visitor's the 2nd and visa versa
-There will be a 15 min. intermission between doubleheaders to vacate the dugouts.
-All teams must be prepared and ready to take the field 30 min. prior to the start of the next set of doubleheaders
-Games will start and end at the designated times, no exceptions!
-Game will be played under ASA Rules!
-To keep cost to a minimum, there will only be one ASA umpire per game. Please be considerate to their judgement calls, if problems exist please contact a Valley Extreme manager.
-For rain out information you will be contacted by a Valley Extreme manager.
-Refund policy for rainouts, no refund for one rainout, and then a $25/team per week for 2nd, 3rd, etc.
-Constructive feedback is always welcomed. We are always looking to make things better!
-PLAY HARD, PLAY FAIR, PLAY TO WIN, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HAVE FUN!!!

1st Set of Doubleheaders
9:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
10:20 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. - 1st Concession Stand Break
10:35 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.

2nd Set of Doubleheaders
12:05 p.m. to 1:25 p.m.
1:25 p.m. to 1:40 p.m. - 2nd Concession Stand Break
1:40 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

3rd Set of Doubleheaders
3:10 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
4:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. - 3rd Concession Stand Break
4:45 p.m. to 6:05 p.m.

4th Set of Doubleheaders (Fields #1 & #2 only)
6:15 p.m. to 7:35 p.m.
7:35 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. - 4th Concession Stand Break

Hey 10U teams I need to confirm if you are coming to play Fall Ball!!!! I need one to two teams, I'm basically out of my 28 spots. I'm holding two for 10U's, but I don't want to turn away paying teams.

Just talked to our local ASA represetative and Fall Ball and the Valley Extreme Fall Classic for the 14U age group will be pitching from 40'. The next rules meeting for ASA will not take place until late October or early November......by then both fall events will be over. So 40' is remains for 14U!
