Ohio Lady Liberty is looking to expand its team offerings for the 2012 season. We are seeking head coaches for the 2012 season for our new 9u and 11u teams. We are also open to adding an established team, if there is a good fit with our organization.
We would prefer coaching candidates that have previous head or assistant coaching experience, or previous fastpitch playing experience. All candidates must be energetic, possess strong communication skills, be passionate about the game of softball, and be dedicated to providing year-round softball opportunities for their players. More importantly, they must be a good teacher in order to develop the skills of these younger players. Candidates must also be willing to colloborate with other head coaches to improve the level of performance of the organization.
Ohio Lady Liberty has players from throughout Central Ohio participating in our program. This season we fielded seven teams, and 2012 will mark our tenth anniversary. Ohio Lady Liberty also has its own indoor practice facility in Grove City for year-round batting, pitching and conditioning opportunities.
