2012 High School Girls Fastpitch Softball Scrimmage Day at Candlelight Knolls
Candlelight Knolls and the Valley Extreme Presents:
Girls Fastpitch Softball High School "4th Annual Scrimmage Day"
Date: March 24, 2012
Location: 2619 Bazetta Road, Warren, Ohio 44482
Cost: $150/team (make checks payable to "Optimist Club of Bazetta/Cortland")
Each team is required to provide "2" OHSAA softballs for the games
Two - 90 minute games w/OHSAA softballs and two umpires
Weather permitting - 100% refund if all games are rained out
Four groomed fenced fields with 100' field tarps
Concession stand available
Port-a-Potties
Max. 16 Teams (Will try to have teams compete in same HS Division)
Event Timing (two teams on each field will be required to play back-to-back games)
-10:00 a.m. to 11:00 -Team Warm Up
-11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. - Game #1 (1 vs. 2)
-12:45 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Break #1
-1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. - Game #2 (1 vs. 3)
-2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Break #2
-3:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. - Game #3 (2 vs. 4)
-4:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Break #3
-5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. - Game #4 (3 vs. 4)
Sunrise at 7:18 a.m. and Sunsets at 7:40 p.m.
Call early to reserve one of the four playing schedule spots (1, 2, 3, or 4). Here is a listing of the HS teams that participated in 2011:
