Location: River City Sports Complex, Cincinnati, Ohio
April 27-28 (Pool Play Starts at 9:00am on Saturday, April 27)
10u and 12u Divisions - Limited to first 8 Teams in each Age Division
4Game Format - 3 Pool Play seeded into Single Elimination Tournament
Option of Roster Bat for all Pool Play Games
2013 NSA Rule Book will govern Single Elimination Tournament
1 Hour and 15 Minute Time Limit for Entire Tournament
Entry Fee: $330
Balls Furnished
2 NSA Umpires for All Games

Gate Fee: $5.00 Each Day

Payment: $100 Deposit Required to reserve spot in Tournament
Limited to first 8 teams per Division
Entire Entry Fee must be paid by end of Business Day on Friday, April 19
Teams will be listed as Deposits are received

All Teams must be NSA Sanctioned and bring Copy of Signed Roster with them to present at Check-In 30 minutes prior to their first scheduled game time along with copy of Team Insurance. All Coaches are responsible for having a copy of Birth Certificate for Each Player on their Roster.

Start of the Entries List. I guess everyone is getting Spring Fever as I have taken numerous calls about this tournament over the weekend. This tournament is limited to the first 8 teams per age division.

When I spoke to Steve the other night, he said he had nothing new to report. He is working on keeping it together, but the teams are not helping his cause right now.

Thanks Mike. How many teams are needed in each age group are needed?

I can not speak for him but I would think he can go easily with 4-5 teams.

Steve is pretty reasonable and would be all for a format that would give teams the most games and keep them thinking about coming back for other events.

Personally if I got to 5, I would give the teams a 4 game pool and then seed them up for Sunday. This would be a way to really make it worth while for sticking it out since it is an early bird type event. Again, I am not speaking for Steve as he has to answer to the park owner.

Spoke to Steve today and updated teams. I am going to give Steve some help on this as April is hectic at his park with league and tournaments all coming together at once.

Quick reminder to coaches that have not sanctioned, please get this taken care of ASAP. You need your sanction number to put your roster online to be eligible to participate. The tournament can not allow you to participate without a sanction number and a signed roster from the team.
