Man o man , the kid from Hoover keeps putting up zeros . She is outstanding . I think they have given up a total of 3-4 runs over 6 games at the Wendy's and the prebis

The gals at D4 Mathews took their lumps this weekend but being it was prom weekend and competing as aagainst 3 good D2's with 11 sophomores and freshman it will pay off big down the road. :)

A big Thank You to all the teams that came to LaGrange for this tournament. The crowds were huge both days so thanks to all of the TEAM'S SUPPORTERS for making this a huge success! Sorry for our lack of motel/hotel rooms close by, but we do like our rural atmosphere...just far enough away from Cleveland to breathe easy, but close enough to see the Tribe, Browns, and Cavs in much less than an hour! Any college coach that couldn't send someone to scout this tourney needs to have their head examined...JMO

I understand Mathews played some tough teams on Prom weekend, but how do they manage to give up 12 runs with Eggins in the circle? Errors? Bad Game? It seems most teams would have a hard time getting 12 runs if they played defense with only 6 players in the infield. Just Curious

Eggens didn't pitch Marsico did, first inning 4 errors 4 hits, 2 walks and heads spinning. By the time the dust settled Walsh was up 7 to 0. Was a good lession to learn about always relying on one player.

The level of ball playing was tremendous at the Prebis, best I've seen so far this year at a HS tourny. Highlight film play at times, was great to see the weather finally break for the good too. Kudos to the Keystone crew!!
