2014 Ohio Lasers Green 01 tryouts

Our Lasers Green 01 Team is concluding a very solid season by earning & attending 12U ASA/USA National's in Chattanooga, TN next week. I am extremely proud of the way my 01 girls have competed against a very aggressive 12U schedule! We have made so many memories this year and I can't wait to see everyone this Saturday! Then we will be turning our attention to our 2014 tryouts the first week of August. We are looking for highly competitive student/athletes who bring skill, speed, power and a natural enthusiasm for the game, along with great families to add to our Team. As always, all positions are open for competition. I have no DD on the team and feel that I am very fair when selecting and coaching my girls throughout the season. I will personally be at the following Laser tryouts...

You know...the ups & downs of 11U...lol. Seriously though the girls gained alot of experience playing NY Rebals, Birmingham Vipers 01, Birmingham Vipers 00 (5th @ 2011 ASA/USA), Chicago Bullsox Acadamy 00, Tennessee Fury 00 and Georgia Easton Elite 01 (3rd @ 2012 ASA/USA) and I'm proud that they never backed down from the challenge!!! Just glad to be back home in the Buckeye state and looking forward to tryouts this week

We rotate between Grove City, Mt Gilead and Newark/zanesville area. Were mainy in the Newark/Zanesville area in the winter when we are inside.

I would like to take this time to thank everyone who attended our tryouts this past week. The effort and skill that these young ladies demonstrated was very much appreciated! Myself and our coaching staff have several tough decisions to make over the next 2 days. Once again, Thank You very much for your time and interest in our Lasers Green 01 team and good luck with the upcoming season!
