2014 Perry Early Bird Tournament_________
Co-hosted by the PHBSA and the Ohio Emeralds
Date: Friday May, 2[SUP]nd[/SUP]- 3[SUP]rd[/SUP]- 4[SUP]th[/SUP]Teams must be prepared to play by 6:00 pm on Friday May 2[SUP]nd[/SUP]
Locations: The 12u and14u, Games will be played @ Regis Perry Park

BOTH complexes are within 5 minutes of each other
Format: (4) Game Minimum ? (3) pool games with teams seeded into a single elimination
Bracket. 70 min finish the inning.
Entry Fee: The Entry Fee will be $350.00.

Rules: The Tournament will be anASA Sanctioned Tournament governed by 2014 ASA Official Rules:
Bat rooster and unlimited subs in pool play only
Weather: Tournament Director and the PHBSA will do their very best to get all games in ? the grounds staff will be prepared with adequate materials for getting wet fields into playing shape. But, you are applying to the tournament realizing that the Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter this event in any manner we see fit to accomplish the mission of playing the maximum number of games possible under the circumstances.
Refunds: no games $325, one game $250, two games $175
