Hello Coaches!

Welcome to the 4th Annual Pitch for A Cure Tournament. This is a 2016 ASA Eastern National Qualifier

This will provide some information to help with tournament organization and get us ready for another great tournament!

1. Registration fees are due NOW. Many of you have already paid in full, THANK YOU! It is appreciated....

2. All teams must sanction ASA for 2016 and complete an ASA Roster Form. There is a $35.00 to sanction, but this is one time fee and good for all ASA tournaments, leagues and events through the end of the season. Once complete you will receive a sanction number.

3. Items you will need at tournament check in: ASA Sanction Number, ACE Certification, Concussion Certificates and Copy of your Official ASA Roster, A Copy of your Team Insurance, and any remaining fees

4. The official tournament T Shirt is available for pre-order, I have attached the form. There will only be a LIMITED number of these shirts available at the tournament. Please note: The team list on back of order form is an example only, ALL teams in tournament will be listed on the t-shirt.
