Welcome to the 2015 LGSA Early Bird Tournament. This is a 2015 NSA World Series Qualifier

This email will provide some information to help with tournament organization and get us ready for another great tournament!

1. Registration fee are due (payment in full) NOW. Many of you have already paid in full, THANK YOU! It is appreciated....

2. All teams must sanction NSA and place their team roster online at www.playnsa.com. Follow this link start the 2015 NSA sanction or renewal process: NSA Team Sanction Start Page. There is a $25.00 to sanction, but this is one time fee and good for all NSA tournaments, leagues and events through the end of the season. Once complete you will receive a sanction number.

NOTE: If you are already sanctioned for 2015 in NSA, please print a copy of your official NSA roster, have parents sign it and bring a copy with you to the tournament, you will need to turn in a copy for tournament records.

3. Items you will need at tournament check in: NSA Sanction Number, Copy of your Official NSA Roster, A Copy of your Team Insurance, and any remaining fees

4. The official tournament T Shirt is available for pre-order, I have attached a link to the form, if you have trouble accessing please let me know. There will only be a LIMITED number of these shirts available at the tournament. The orange shirt is only available as a pre-order item. Please note: The team list on back of order form is an example only, ALL teams in tournament will be listed on the t-shirt.

PRE ORDERS ARE DUE WITH PAYMENT BY: MAY 1ST, 2015... CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO - L.G.S.A.

If you have any questions, concerns or comments, PLEASE contact me. NOTE: Tournament game schedules are being worked on, once completed they will be sent via email and posted at www.playohionsa.com. I expected to have them to you no later Sunday April 26, 2015.

Coaches have received the pool schedule. The above schedule is for all divisions and is pool play only.

FYI -- What you sent coaches had the 12u Ohio Valley Eliminators in Pool C. I believe in looking at the schedule, they're on here as C5, but the pool has them as B5.
