Edamame, there is a 16u division. The 15u division is just new. I was hoping to get a few 15u teams to seperate the two ages, if the case may be that we will not get enough 15u teams then they will have to play with the 16u age group. Im sure the ( Berths) would be seperated between the 2. Hope this helps.

We will most likely have a 15u team to play in this tournament. I will let you know after our tryout. Man it would be nice to get 4) 15u teams in. We had two USSSA Berths and two ASA Berths.

Well can not say for sure as of right now. Hoping tryouts will be over soon so teams can complete rosters. I will keep everyone posted when the teams start to commit. It Usally will take the ONE to commit to get the ball rolling.

Cincy Doom U16, use that top ten coaches ranking from the summer and get the ball rolling. I'm sure teams would like to see where they stand against the likes of your team. Great bunch of girls and quality players, I expect nothing less from your girls jumping into the 16U bracket. I'm sure the Vipers would love to have your team in their tournament. Best of Luck!!

I would expect the Champions for last year to still hold there Crown for this year. Everyone has the chance to get in but only a certain number will be accepted (6) per age. I will have 4 fields with lights just incase we will need to play into the night hours. This time of year its gets dark a little faster than the summer.

What are you saying Vipers, the rest of the field shouldn't bother showing up and challenging last years Champions??? I was hoping all of the top teams were going to show up as I only live 15-20 minutes away and with gas prices as high as they are, on a fixed income (retired if you couldn't tell by the name), I was excited to see some good ball. A special note, I would have blocked the quote up like everyone else, but I don't know how to do that*!%^*

After I had typed that I knew this might come up. How about I rephrase this. I would hope the champions of last year would still want to DEFEND the title as the tourney champions??? Vipers:

Your tournament is scheduled for the first weekend of the Ohio High School Volleyball Sectional/District tournaments. So many girls, at least the 16Us, will be busy with their school and will not commit to a weekend softball tournament until they are out of the volleyball tournament. I know our team has at least 6 girls that play HS Volleyball.

I'm sure that a lot of other 16U teams are in the same boat since they all have very athletic girls who love to play a fall sport for their school.
