Mike,

Is this an A/B berth for 1st and 2nd place, or B berth for both 1st and 2nd place?

I spoke with Warren and this is A berths but if either team would want a B berth they could work that out with Warren. I am still looking for 1 or 2 teams for the 10u to run.

I got an email from Mike today that said he hopes to have schedules out to the coaches by Monday night (we were talking 10U, but I imagine that applies to everyone).

I am currently working on the schedules and will let everyone know when they are ready. I did just tonight have a 12u team drop out due to some injured players. I need one more 12U team but need to know ASAP. The teams that are in are listed on my web site. www.leaguelineup.com/2010halloweenbash

The teams are finalized and coaches can view their pool games now. The pool games can be found at www.allprosoftware.net/2010halloweenbash. Coaches will also need to check in and pick up coaches packet 45 minutes prior to their first game. I'm looking forward to getting started. See everyone next weekend.

Things are ready to go and I looking foward to a great tournament. Any coaches wanting to check in after 5pm Friday evening can do so at the complex. The coaches parking passes will be in the mail Monday morning. We will also have a nice area to view the brackets for each age division in the main Pavilion next to the concession stand.

Those directions weren't quite detailed enough. How do you get there from Cardington?

Hope to see all the Heat teams there Saturday (and late Sunday).

Come on Todd! You should know that Dan would never leave any stone unturned. In fact, I'm convinced it's Dan's voice that I hear from my GPS speakers in the SUV. Something like;;; "You are entering an area where turn by turn guidance cannot be provided, please proceed to the highlighted route" No fear, Dan will get you there! Although, I'm not sure Cardington is even in his database. Then again, Waldo probably isn't either. Maybe we should all meet at Bob Evans???

Mike,
Just looked at the wbsite (2:00pm) and saw the pool changes for 16U. Is this now the new schedule or are more changes coming? Thx!

Just a cut and paste from RVBY web page. I can look out my office window and see the park. Just hope it doesn't rain Sunday as forecasted. Some of the fields do not hold up well to rain.
