If you are looking for ASA tournaments, searching the following site will give you information for both 2007 & 2008.

You will find 2 different "A" tournaments for each year. ?The USA/ASA National Championship is comprised of teams from all over the country and will likely have something like 100-125 teams (except younger age groups). ?The ASA Eastern Nationals are an Eastern Regional tournament that will have significantly fewer teams, and is a qualifier for the following years National Championships.

There are a few hotels at the Carowinds exit in Fort Mill - Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc. -
It's always fun to stay near Carowinds, they usually have a week long pass that is very reasonably priced that will get you in and out of the park all week long.
